Returns & Refunds
Please keep in mind that our candles are made and will vary in appearance and colour. Please also be advised "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.
We have a 14-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
We only accept exchanges for damaged items. If you would like to exchange your item please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and a photograph of the item for assessment. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement or refund of your item.
Local pick up
If you live locally in Perth, Australia, and you wish to pick up your order, please send us an email or DM via any of our socials
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
